Molly E. Caesar
Overview And Experience
Molly E. Caesar practices exclusively in the area of Family Law and regularly counsels clients in all aspects of divorce, paternity, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and post-decree matters. She joined a family law firm in 2011 and was named Partner in 2015. Molly has significant experience in custody and financial litigation, and she has participated in cases at the trial, Appellate and Supreme Court levels. In 2015, Molly also completed extensive training to become a Certified Mediator.
As the 2016-2017 President (and 2015-2016 First Vice President) of the North Suburban Bar Association (NSBA), Molly has organized a series of continuing legal education seminars and published various family law related articles. Molly has also represented the NSBA in the evaluation of judicial retention candidates with the Suburban Bar Coalition. Additionally, Molly is an active member on the Domestic Relations Committee of the Illinois State Bar Association, an adjunct professor at De Paul College of Law and Family Law Advisory Board at De Paul College of Law.
Passionate about her profession, Molly shares her expertise in family law matters by teaching continuing legal education courses to her colleagues. Recent seminars she has taught include the following Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Family Law Webcast Series:

Molly graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. During law school, Molly was a member of the DePaul University Law Review, and upon graduation she was named a member of the Order of the Coif national honor society.
Molly completed an externship with the Honorable Judge Martha Mills, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division, which provided her with a unique perspective toward handling domestic relations cases. Furthermore, Molly’s undergraduate degree in psychology and social work has well prepared her for the emotional complexities of working with clients in family law proceedings, as well as a technical understanding of custody evaluations.
